Next up, review your target audience. Go through the demographic and behavioural data you have on your customers.

Have you noticed any new behavioural trends – especially in the current financial crisis?

People are still buying but, maybe in a different way. Think about bundle and saves or if you have a service – try out some tiered packages.

It is important to capture any changes in customer behaviour and update your personas accordingly. Accurate personas help you to be on point with your messaging, as you should aways direct your marketing to your ideal customer.
